Customer original data stays in your jurisdiction. Our standard architecture isolates raw data inside the regulatory boundary you operate under (EU, SG, GCC, US, etc.). Engineering partners only touch anonymized or synthetic data through Orion's audited middleware. We share the full sub-processor map before kickoff.
You do. Ontologies, prompts, fine-tuned model weights, source code and configuration are contractually yours, with source escrow and exit clauses standard in every engagement.
Our typical Discovery engagement runs four to six weeks. From there, Build phases are usually 8–16 weeks per workstream. We don't take engagements we can't put into production within a single quarter of meaningful work.
Yes. We have signed under standard enterprise MSAs and DPAs across APAC and EU, and we maintain pre-negotiated SCC, PDPA and HIPAA BAA templates to accelerate procurement.
